Surprise me by Sophie Kinsella (Transworld Publishers)
After 10 years of marriage, Sylvie and Dan learn that they can potentially live together another 68 years, so to avoid a routine, Sylvie suggests that they start with Project Surprise to spice up their relationship.
As in all Kinsella's novels, nothing gets smoothly as planned and a story is full of different situations. I just couldn't warm with Sylvie character, all the book is actually more about her relationship with her late father and not so with her husband Dan. Although an adult, she acts more as a spoiled brat.
Overall good read for one afternoon, just not for me.
2/5
