What a great atmosphere! And characters; from nobility, famous actress, detective to people who may not be who everybody think they are. And then the murder. Past can sometimes catch the future. Whose secrets are kept and whose reputations are destroyed?

Is in our psyche there is the pressure to make every Christmas unforgetable and a happy one that even murder couldn't get in the way? 

Marvellous whodunnit crime novel, I highly recommend it.
